how can we give dynamic boost value for every search record?

In my case every record in the database have a point value assigned to it,and i have to assign that point as boost value on its search.
I tried custom score and all other different mechanism but not still no progress..

Could you explain a little further on this please? I'm interested to see where it's going but it would be helpful for newbies to understand your question more and for experienced users to answer fully :)

Let me clearify my question more:

I have a Product table having products record and for each record we have to special column. One column which contains tags for thats product and second column contains  tag_points.

Now,

At the time of searching if search term match any of the tag correspoding products boost will be increase by the tag_points.

I think this will give clear picture of my problem. This problem is purely related to elastic search.

What are you trying to do?

Frequently searched products are displayed first in your search results?

Tags plural? In a column? Or do do products have_many tags?
