I have a RoR app running on bluehost, I can see the welcome page, but if I click the "About your application's environment" it says.

Ruby (Rack) application could not be started

Phusion Passenger has listed more information about the error below.

A source file that that application requires, is missing.

Error message:

no such file to load -- bundler

Exception class:

LoadError

Does anyone have any suggessions?  I am completely new to ROR and don't know what to do next.

Thanks!

Running a Rails app on a shared host is kind of a pain. :/

Assuming you have Bluehost configured to allow you to install your own gems, you need to install bundler

gem install bundler
