Add Ruby and make it default code highlighting language

When I use the code block it makes code like

this

however I can only choose PHP, Javascript, HTML, SQL, CSS, XML, and none. Why can't I choose Ruby? And why aren't Ruby the default?

I'd imagine this would be a restriction of IPB?

It seems like there are a lot of Ruby Highlighting add-ons for IP.Board around the net. Could be that we added one of these?

Anyone any ideas on this? It's a good idea and we should do it IMO!
