Nice work guys!

I think you should find a permanent spot on the Rails Forum interface for both links - the more people who know about them, the faster they will grow. You could even split the Rails Work banner you currently have up there into two.

Our eventual plans include a "network bar" at the top of every site with links to the other member sites (as well as increased viasual consistency between all sites since Railsforum is kinda the odd man out right now). Don't worry, it's coming smile
