Topic: Can anyone recommend a host for a ffmpeg-based app?

I'm using bluehost at the moment but i'm having major issues because a) they don't support subversion (why?  i don't know) and b) they don't allow ffmpeg.

Can anyone recommend a shared host that allows ffmpeg and mencoder?  It's a student project app that i need it for so i can't really pay much more than $10 a month.
