Topic: Website Design
What do all of you use to create the look and feel your sites? Do you just hand create the css and html yourself? Do any of you use any wysiwyg tools? I am a decent coder, I am just not very graphically inclined.

I design things in photoshop first then copy them, by hand, into CSS and XHTML. No WYSIWYG tools for me

I do graphics in the GIMP, then I code (X)HTML and CSS by hand in Aptana. I do Rails work in RadRails, GEdit, and Smultron, depending on my mood and which machine I'm on at that particular time.
