Topic: Full time job for a Ruby developer - work from home

We develop several B2B web-apps. We develop them in Poland and we need more Ruby guys to join our team. If you are not from Poland, you can still join: work from home and cooperate online with your colleagues. The remote co-worker should be in (almost) the same time zone as we are.

This is what we are looking for:

- 2+ years of Ruby and web application development (with recent relevant experience using Rails 3)
•        Database knowlegde:  MySQL and SQL query language (ability to write and optimize SQL queries)
•        Front End – 2+ years of experience with modern web protocols and markup languages (CSS, Javascript, Jquery, HTML, AJAX, etc) and Cross-browser Compatibility Experience.
