yes for some links such as links to admin areas
What you want and what you need are too often not the same thing!

Nofollow sites are also good for getting traffic, right? Though nofollow sites can't let the search engines follow the final destination inside the link, they can still be a good source of human traffic which is the best traffic that one site can have.

Yes but even though it is nofollow it need to be highly authorized site.

yes i also used no follow sites for getting traffic on my site. no follow site are also good and are the best sites to get traffic on our site

Yes I have use to some nofollow link. But Google is not follow of nofollow link. Nofollow sites also are best for to get traffic

I agree completely with everything you have said could understand the first part of what you were saying but I got a bit lost towards the end. This is a difficult subject to understand
