Topic: My ruby on rails site is not compatible

My ruby Site works perfectly when opened in IE7 but when launched in IE8 the menus were not displaying properly and some content is going unorganized. ..Please can anybody suggest me ways to fix it.

There is a little icon in IE8 that looks like a broken page,  it's compatibility mode, click it and see if your page works.
