Topic: Record video via Flash / Rails

Im starting a new project, and part of the functionality requires me to record video (presumably via Flash and webcam) and save it to a database/filesystem.

I don't exactly know where to start. Any help?

I also wanted to record a video and save it to a database and nobody could help me with that till I asked for help at a New York video production company, they are professionals and explained every step needed to do this in a couple of minutes. I can help you by giving some tutorials which I found on the internet.
