Is it not just an old version of MySQL Administrator?
yoursql is another decent one
I personally use navicat but its not free.
navicat does have a free, limited version.
sequel pro is a very good as well: http://www.sequelpro.com/
cocoamysql is a fantastic app to administer your mysql DB.
My experience with anything other than Navicat has been bad. Working with production databaeses causes them to crash while listing large amounts of data. Ex. cocoaMySQL, Querious etc.
After someone suggested Sequel Pro i decided to try it out, it seems to be a good free alternative and does not suffer from these kinds of crashes.
After lots of MySQL GUI testing, I found SQLyog. It is good and has SQL formatter feature which I can't found in others.
Sequel Pro carries on where CocoaMySQL stopped. Check it out. It's the best free Mac MySQL client.

My favourite has always been phpmyadmin. Ive used it with wamp server, and found it to be great. I still use that on windows for whenever I use rails. On linux and mac, I just use the command line. I never liked mysql tools, things with it just bug the crap out of me. Might try out some of these tools for kicks though, see if something takes my fancy.
Thanx for the post..

MySQL Workbench is a visual database design tool that integrates database design, modeling, creation and maintenance into a single, seamless environment for the MySQL database system. It is the successor to DBDesigner 4 from FabForce, and replaces the previous package of software, MySQL GUI Tools. For more information visit http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MySQL_GUI_Tools#GUI_Tools
You can use Valentina Studio http://www.valentina-db.com/valentina-studio-overview, the program is FREE. It works on 3 OS: MAC, WIN, LIN. It works as with mySQL/mariaDB , so with PostgreSQL, SQLite and Valentina DB and many others.
Useful information. I also have a blog website: http://2013michaelkorsoutletslady.webs.com/ welcome to visit.
