Topic: 2000 members and 10000 posts!

We are now past the 2000 member mark! Those of you who remember our 1000th member celebration know it was back in November, which means that we've doubled in size over the last two months!

And if that wasn't enough, we've also hit the 10000 post mark. Of course, 20% of those are ryan (just kidding ryan we love you ), but it's still a huge accomplishment!

Thanks to all the members and moderators that help make this place the best Ruby and Rails forum on the web. We wouldn't be able to do it without all of you .

Congratulations Rails Forum. I can definitely tell it is growing in popularity.

I didn't realize I was making 1/5th of the posts on here. I really should let up for my own sanity's sake.

Congratulations!!! I know I checked out a few Rails forums when I found out about Ruby on Rails and decided to call the Railsforum my home.

Same here! It became clear pretty quickly that folks around here were approachable and helpful. I've never been much of a mailing list guy (can't follow all those threads) so this is the heart of the Rails community for me.

That's why we wanted to do a forum. I personally can't stand adding to my already large pile of e-mail, and while IRC may be good for a quick answer/discussion you can't get your own dedicated topic. So we made this
