Topic: error when trying to install textmate plugin

I am trying to install a rails bundle Bundles -> Rails -> Install plugin

but when I click on the Install plugin option I get a window showing the
following error

/Applications/TextMate.app/Contents/SharedSupport/Bundles/Rails.tmbundle/Support/lib/rails/text_mate.rb:69:in
`method_missing': undefined method `filepath' for TextMate:Module
(NoMethodError) from
/Applications/TextMate.app/Contents/SharedSupport/Bundles/Rails.tmbundle/Support/lib/rails/rails_path.rb:43:in

/Applications/TextMate.app/Contents/SharedSupport/Bundles/Rails.tmbundle/Support/bin/list_plugins.rb:25:in
`new' from
/Applications/TextMate.app/Contents/SharedSupport/Bundles/Rails.tmbundle/Support/bin/list_plugins.rb:25

It turned out that the issue was that I didn't have a ruby (.rb) file opened.  Give that a try and hopefully that works for you too.
