maybe there can be a forum where we can discuss the business side of web-related activities and endeavours.

Well, in general this is a programming forum, specifically, a rails programming forum. I don't think we want to dilute it too much by making it into a general web development forum. That said, if the forum grew enough (I don't think we're there yet), and enough people wanted it, that could certainly be a possibility.
