elevation / event_calendar

i am using the  elevation / event_calendar and i think that it works really nice but there are 2 things that i want to do that i cant figure out how to handle.

1) on my model i have a name, start_date, end_date, and the 7 days of the week mon-sun.
the calendar start on  start_date and it ends on end_date but i only want it to show on the days selected.

2) i was wondering how to change the color of each event so that they are not all the same color.
