New Laptop Options

Hey people.

Any suggestions on a modern laptop which will be easily setup with Ubuntu for developing? 

My ideal laptop will run Ubuntu out of the box, be powerfull enough to run Windows in a VM and be around 13"-14".

Any suggestions welcome although prefer to avoid Apple.
