Topic: How to integrate RoR with Twitter?

I would like to add the following functionality to users on my website written on RoR:

1) connect users' Twitter accounts to their profiles on my website
2) create a Follow button so that one user can follow another in Twitter

Any advice on how to do that or what manuals to read will be much appreciated.

Have a look at this link, its not linking to Twitter, but allows you to create a Twitter like environment within a site.
