Hi All

Is there any rails plugins or gems to show Pages views count ie  each page view by each user to be time stamped so that i  know the page view count per hour/day/week/month etc.

If you have access to install it on the server - I'd recommend Piwik. You can get that information and a whole lot more about your users.  http://piwik.org/
