Topic: How can I become a Textmate / console god?

I'm new to TM and I am liking it so far (still on the 30 day trial).

I am learning Rails but sometimes I have to switch to PHP for some other projects.

What I'm looking for are all of the cool snippets, bundles, ~/.irbrc, etc goodies you guys use?

I watch the Railscasts and notice automatic HTML indenting, tags closing, etc. 

So, what are your recommendations ?
