Try to learn from online tutorials .You will find many good tutorials on net and learn from that.Assignments you have to do by yourself.

No one is going to do your assignments for you.
If you need help with an assignment then post your question either here or on stack overflow and I'm sure you'll get an explanation but do your research first. You will most likely ind the answers to your questions. Google is your friend

I am currently learning rails, college class, and unfortunately it is going really badly. I am looking for someone willing to help with my assignments or do my assignments for me, I have one due roughly every two weeks. I know doing my assignments for me isn't the best option but that may be the only option for me to pass this class, which is all I need for my degree.
