I have got website on ruby and I'm not a developer. I'm searching right now for someone who can continue developing my website.
First of all I have faced a problem that I cannot understand how much to pay to my current developer - he is learning (learned ruby on my website), but bills me like he is a professional.

1. I need someone experienced, who loves clean code and could check if the developer did the right job.

2. I would require consultations in terms of how many hours should take adding of the features I want.
