			<description><![CDATA[<p>what do u think as the best IDE for Ruby On Rails code? Currently I use Netbeans for Ruby. It works well, but there&#039;s a drawback when using this IDE, it&#039;s too heavy.</p><p>I need lighther IDE. any suggestion?</p><p>Notes: The IDE should be free / open source.
