This might be a shot in the dark, but are any of the RoR folks here closely familiar with Rails Admin? (https://github.com/sferik/rails_admin)

I'm new to Rails (from Django), and I'm trying to get a handle on how to properly take care of user management with an app that I'm working on. Rails Admin uses Devise for user management, and sets up a default account to give access to the admin panel.

I'm looking to require a login for users to access the app, and then have some administrators be able to access the admin panel to control content. It sounds simple, but I'm having trouble wrapping my head around how it should be done. Would anyone be interested in talking a bit to help out? I'd thoroughly appreciate it! (and would be more than willing to trade for any Django advice you'd want )
