Right now it only does help wanted (no services offered), and it may not always be free -- though we plan to always have a low-cost "gigs" board for people advertising per project jobs.  For now we'd rather if all help wanted requests are directed to Rails Work.

We do have plans for a site that can handle "services offered" sort of posts as well.  It's in the hopper, just not active yet.

is there a reason why there is no forum for community projects i.e a help wanted section or an offering services section?
